China - A Cyber Security Threat

Recently, there was news of Chinese hackers attempting to sabotage vital installations in USA, Europe and India. These hackers are purported to have been sponsored by Chinese government. Even Google accused China government of sabotaging its operations. Mass Poll is conducting a poll on whether " China is a Cyber-threat for world".
